In Devil mode, Nerissa is immensely powerful, almost godly, this is a fusion of her what she was as Medusa and her Devil's Grip, her Reaver Blade takes on it's true form and merges with her hand, she usually takes this form when she has a hard time with her enemies, she's a lot more faster able to dash at blinding speeds, her strength is really high to the point she is nearly indestructible and any damage she receives will make her stronger...and turn her on, Nerissa's personality slightly changes in this form as she becomes more sadistic and cold, she also speaks seductively with her echoed voice and will sometimes seduce her enemies before tricking them and killing them
She does not have her firearms in this form as she instead fires a laser beam from her left eye that can devastate any target she hits, she can also turn them to stone, fitting to her former name Medusa, she also has telekinetic power and can lift her opponents from far away, she can fly at high speeds and can move her wings so fast to the point that she can cut with them
